Chapter of A National Voluntary Health Association:
A Shift Towards a Service Culture
We initiated and guided a rapidly growing service and fund-raising organization in aligning their day-to-day efforts and actions with their values and mission. We coached & developed top leaders, and engaged some very cynical employees in defining and bringing to life, the culture needed for continued success. Results included strong commitment from employees to be accountable for both business results and changing the culture, and measurable improvement in quality of work life.
Manufacturing Facility of a Consumer Products Company:
Building on Strengths
To help a beverage manufacturing plant transition to a new facility (doubling in size), we completed an in-depth study of the attributes and key success factors of the existing successful culture. The study engaged over 80% of the plant employees, developed appreciation and understanding of the organization's strengths among a wide variety of stakeholders, and resulted in an action plan for maintaining and enhancing the culture during and after the transition to the new facility.
